Randy’s experience spans twenty-six years in the areas of accounting, auditing, finance, and business management at Fortune 1000 companies such as Qwest Communications, and engineering firm Morrison Knudsen / Washington Group, now a division of URS Corporation. In addition to the executive recruiting industry, Randy started and managed a business in the healthcare industry.

Susan Campbell

Susan has over 25 years of management experience in both traditional and Internet marketing/advertising.  She held marketing and management positions at Manpower’s global headquarters, and most recently spent seven years in Washington, DC working with national associations, foundations, and non-government organizations on funding and government contracting. 

Susan has worked on accounts, such as: Abbott Labs, Ameritech, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Kohler, National Football League, Nortel Networks, Pfizer, U.S. Olympic Committee, Wisconsin Workforce Development Initiatives, Oscar Mayer, Ford Motor Company.

A native of Los Angeles, Susan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from USIU/Cal Western in San Diego. 

Tres Willets

Tres offers over 15 years of experience as a senior level recruiter.  His recruiting expertise enables him to attract top level professionals and opportunities in areas such as mechanical engineering, civil infrastructure, LEED, construction, architecture, renewal energy, education, aviation, and the sciences.  He has also recruited top bankers at the capital markets level.  A talented communicator and networker, Tres maintains a large network of contacts and knows how to reach the right people.

Born in Taiwan, where his father served as a diplomat, his first language was Mandarin.  He is a graduate of Pepperdine University with degrees in Business and French, and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California.
